Uber has hired Harvard Business School professor Frances Frei as its new Senior Vice President of leadership and strategy. Over the past few months, Uber has been hit with multiple lawsuits, the resignation of key executives, and boycotts following reports of harassment and sexism at the workplace. Uber CEO Travis Kalanick also admitted that he needed "leadership help".
