Drivers in 12 cities will be eligible for Uber Pro if they have a customer rating of more than 4.8 and low trip cancellations. Uber Pro has four tiers – blue, gold, platinum, and diamond, with diamond being the highest possible tier. Drivers, across all tiers, will also be eligible to avail of differential enhanced microcredit limits.
