Uber is likely to sell a 7.8% stake in food delivery firm Zomato through a $373 million block deal on Wednesday, Reuters reported. The offer size of 612 million shares is based on the lower end of a ₹48-54 price range set for the deal. Thus, the deal would be concluded at a 2.8%-13.6% discount to the share's latest close.
