Uber has reportedly made an offer to buy delivery startup Postmates for about $2.6 billion and the offer could be finalised this week. Postmates has been in talks with potential buyers for about a year and is also planning to go public. The news comes after Uber lost the deal to buy Grubhub which was acquired by Just Eat Takeaway.
