Uber has permanently closed its Mumbai office as part of the ride-hailing company's decision to shut 45 offices globally, reports said. A spokesperson declined to comment on the closure but said Uber "continues" to provide "high level of service" in the city. This could reportedly impact almost all contract workers at the office and some of the 25 permanent employees.
