A courier in New York who used to deliver food for Uber under the company's UberEats vertical, has filed a lawsuit against the company over unpaid tips. The courier claims that the tips from customers never made it to him and other delivery personnel for UberRush and UberEats. Both UberEats and UberRush deliver food to customers' doorstep from nearby restaurants.
