Ride-hailing startup Uber has added a new feature that allows drivers to provide a rider feedback in the US and Canada. The feature will ask the drivers "what went wrong" if they give a four-star rating or less to the riders. Riders who continue to receive 'negative' feedback from drivers will receive a notification from Uber for the same.
