Jo Bertram, Uber's UK chief on Monday quit the startup, ten days after the transport authority of London rejected Uber's application to renew its license to operate in the city. "Now is the right time to have a change of face," Bertram said. The authority claimed Uber's service was not "fit and proper" and demonstrated a lack of corporate responsibility.
