The UBS Group has announced that Credit Suisse CEO Ulrich Körner will remain in the new leadership team of the combined group after it takes over its Swiss rival. However, UBS Group CFO Sarah Youngwood will be succeeded by Todd Tuckner. Youngwood decided to leave once the merger deal closes.
