BJP chief JP Nadda said the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) will be implemented at the state level. Calling the UCC an important issue, he said the ruling party has to run the country 'delicately'. "We have taken this issue state by state and have included it in the Himachal Pradesh manifesto," Nadda said.
