B2B commerce platform Udaan is in advanced talks to buy Info Edge-backed competitor ShopKirana, according to three people with direct knowledge of the matter. The deal will likely involve a stock swap. "There is an in-principle agreement between Udaan's board and ShopKirana's investors to proceed with the deal," a source said.
