Uday Kotak and family reportedly purchased 10 flats in Shiv Sagar Building in Mumbai's Worli Sea Face area for over ₹200 crore, effectively purchasing the entire building housing the flats, property registration documents showed. This comes after they purchased 12 flats in the same society for ₹202 crore earlier this year. One of the transactions was recorded at ₹2.89 lakh/sqft.
