UEFA has threatened FIFA President Gianni Infantino with legal action over his now-scrapped World Cup stake sale plan, The Telegraph reported. In a formal notice, it also reportedly asked him to immediately preserve all documents and electronic records related to the proposal that are in his or FIFA's possession. The plan had drawn strong opposition from UEFA and other confederations.
