Uganda disowns judge who voted against ICJ's Gaza case ruling

Uganda has disowned its judge Julia Sebutinde at International Court of Justice (ICJ). She was the only judge among 16 others to vote against measures ordered for Israel to undertake in Gaza after being accused of committing genocide. Sebutinde reasoned that Israel’s 'genocidal intent' couldn't be proven. Ugandan government said Sebutinde's actions don't represent Uganda's stance on the conflict.
