UIDAI CEO Bhuvnesh Kumar said they're considering issuing Aadhaar cards which don't include holder's address and DoB, but instead only the holder's photo and QR code. "Aadhaar shouldn't be used as document...it should only be authenticated with Aadhaar number or verified using QR code...otherwise, it can be a fake document," he added. UIDAI also launched new Aadhaar app for citizens.
