London-headquartered cinema chain Vue Cinemas has been fined £750,000 (₹7.67 crore) by the Birmingham City Council over the death of a 24-year-old man in March 2018. The cinema-goer suffered fatal injuries when he became trapped under a powered reclining seat. The victim, a father of one, became trapped after searching for his keys and suffered "catastrophic" brain injuries.
