A June cyberattack on Synnovis, a private pathology firm for NHS trusts in London, has been linked to a patient's death and over 10,000 disrupted appointments. Delayed blood test results and nearly 600 care incidents were reported. The ransomware attack, claimed by the Qilin group, also compromised patient data. Officials confirmed one case of "severe" harm.
