The High Court of Justice, King’s Bench Division in London, dismissed fugitive diamond trader Nirav Modi's plea to reopen proceedings challenging his extradition to India. According to officials, the plea was based on the “Bhandari judgment”, cited as a fresh legal ground, but it couldn't convince the court.
