UK made others write constitutions, has none: Ex-MI5's Bickford

Former MI5 and MI6 Legal Director David Bickford said on the podcast that Britain insisted on written constitutions for countries it had colonised but has none itself. "I wrote a few of them when I was in the Foreign Office," he said. Agreeing it was British hypocrisy, he said, "In a curious way, it works."
