UK Paints (India) has acquired a 50.092% stake in Berger Paints. UK Paints acquired the shares through an open-market transaction. The company has acquired the 20,000 shares that carried voting rights. Berger Paints India reported a consolidated net profit of ₹219.51 crore in the quarter ended September, up from ₹219.21 crore in the same period a year ago.
