The United Kingdom on Saturday said it has re-established its diplomatic relations with Syria after the country's years-long civil war. This comes after Foreign Minister David Lammy visited Syrian capital Damascus, in a UK minister's first visit to the country in 14 years. UK has also pledged over $129 million in humanitarian aid.
