Britain has detected 101 more cases of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, according to the UK Health Security Agency on Tuesday. The total number of cases of the new variant in the UK rose to 437. The Omicron variant, declared as a Variant of Concern by the WHO, was first detected in South Africa last month.
