UK has sanctioned four Russian steel and petrochemical business owners "who rely on Russian President Vladimir Putin for their positions of authority and fund his military machine", Foreign Secretary James Cleverly said. "[We're] ramping up the economic pressure on Putin and will...do so until Ukraine prevails," he said. Those sanctioned include Alexander Frolov, ex-CEO of steel producer Evraz.
