UK screenwriter calls AI scriptwriting 'cheating'

Harry Potter writer Jack Thorne accused some UK writers of using AI to write scripts, calling it fraud. Speaking for the Writers' Guild of Great Britain, he urged the government to make it unlawful to pass off AI-generated content as one's own, and called on the BBC and Channel 4 to impose sanctions.
