UK startup Atom adopts 4-day working week with no cut in salary

UK-based fintech startup Atom bank on Tuesday announced that it is introducing a four-day working week for its 430 employees without cutting their salary. The employees' working hours will be reduced by 3.5 hours to 34 hours per week and they'll get Mondays or Fridays off. "This is optional, and anyone can choose...to work a five-day week," the company said.
