UK startup Notpla which makes packaging from seaweed has been named as one of the winners of Prince William's £1 million Earthshot climate prize. London-based Notpla, founded by Pierre Paslier and Rodrigo Garcia Gonzalez, has created a natural and biodegradable plastic alternative made from seaweed and plants that can be used to create a range of packaging products.
