The UK government is planning to treat extreme misogyny as a form of terrorism for the first time, reports said. The move means that violence against women will be treated in the same way as far-right extremism, they said. Accordingly, school teachers will be mandated to refer students suspected of extreme misogyny to UK government's counter-terror programme Prevent.
