Twitchen claimed the company and MD Jeremy Morgan stopped contacting her after learning of her second pregnancy. She said Morgan told her financial struggles was her dismissal's reason. An employment tribunal awarded her £28,700 (₹31.50 lakh) compensation for unfair dismissal.
