Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat on Wednesday inaugurated a 500-bed COVID-19 Care Centre in Rishikesh. The facility, Jaswant Singh Rawat COVID-19 Care Centre, was set up by the DRDO in 14 days with the medical support of AIIMS in Rishikesh, the Chief Minister said. On Tuesday, the state reported 2,756 fresh COVID-19 cases and 81 more deaths.
