Russia repeatedly violated its own three-day ceasefire hours after it began, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on Thursday. "Predictably, Putin's 'Parade ceasefire' proves to be a farce," he added. Sybiha accused Russia of 734 violations since the ceasefire came into effect overnight on May 8, adding that Ukraine was responding "appropriately" to every attack.
