UK has said Ukrainian soldiers have advanced up to 20 km beyond the Oskil river in northeastern Kharkiv towards Luhansk Oblast. "Russian leaders will...be concerned that leading Ukrainian units are approaching the borders of Luhansk Oblast, which Russia claimed to have annexed," UK Defence Ministry said. Russia formally annexed four regions of Ukraine on Wednesday.
