Ukraine has highest average air pollution deaths

Ukraine recorded the most number of deaths per 1,00,000 people due to air pollution with 120 deaths in 2012, according to a World Health Organisation report. Notably, Ukraine witnessed four times more deaths per capita due to air pollution than the five cleanest countries combined. Reportedly, India recorded 49 deaths per 1,00,000 people and over 6,00,000 overall.
