Ukraine has lost $770 million trying to procure weapons after the escalation of the Ukraine-Russia war in 2022 from unknown or unreliable sources, a report said. It further added that officials paid "large amounts in advance" to lesser-known companies for arms that were never delivered. The report also said officials in Ukrainian defence ministry played a role in the losses.
