Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed into law a bill overhauling army mobilisation rules. The law will toughen penalties on those who dodge being drafted in military, incentivise conscription and oblige men to keep their military registration details with authorities. In a separate law, Zelenskyy had signed cutting the draft age to 25 from 27 to secure more fighting power.
