Ukraine sanctions Russian cartoon 'Masha and the Bear'

Ukrainian Culture Minister Tetyana Berezhna has said Ukraine has imposed sanctions on the producers and distributors of Russian children's cartoon series 'Masha and the Bear'. The show has faced criticism from allies of Ukraine like Estonia and the UK for allegedly painting Russia in a positive light. "Russian propaganda has no place on children's screens," Berezhna said.
