Ukrainian missiles have struck a bridge connecting Crimea with Russia-held parts of Kherson in southern Ukraine, Russian officials confirmed. The Chongar Bridge is one of a handful of links between Crimea, which Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014, and mainland Ukraine. Notably, the bridge was being used by Russian military to move between Crimea and other regions under its control.
