Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday said Ukraine will lose the war to Russia if US Congress does not help. "It's quite obvious that our existing air defense capabilities are not sufficient...And world must finally hear the pain that Russian terrorists are causing," he said. This comes after Russian missile strikes killed at least 8 people in Kharkiv on Saturday.
