Several beaches in Ukraine's Odesa have officially opened for swimming for the first time since the Russian invasion, local officials said. Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper said the beaches would be open from 8 am-8 pm but bathing will be banned during air raid alerts. The coast was closed for people's safety and after incidents of mines exploding on beaches.
