Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday received a standing ovation after he virtually addressed the opening ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival. In his address, Zelenskyy quoted Charlie Chaplin's film 'The Great Dictator', saying, "[Hate] of men will pass and dictators die and...power they took from...people will return to...people." His remarks came amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
