The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from leaving the country due to imposition of martial law amid war with Russia. Further, Ukraine decreed a full military mobilisation against the Russian invasion for 90 days, under which Ukrainian military will determine how many people are eligible for national service.
