Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II cruise ship is set to open as a floating luxury hotel off the coast of Dubai. The ship, which was bought for $100 million in 2007, has been renovated at a cost of more than $100 million. The ship crossed the Atlantic Ocean over 800 times during its decades of service.
