Bengaluru's Ultrahuman faces lawsuit by Oura, accused of patent and copyright infringements. Ultrahuman’s efforts to copy have extended to hiring former Oura employees and soliciting current Oura engineers, among other things, the Finnish fitness startup alleged in the lawsuit. Oura also alleged that the selected material used for the Ultrahuman Ring is the same as the Oura Ring.
