UltraTech Cement Chief Legal Officer Anoop Khatry has resigned, effective from July 3 at the latest. Khatry resigned due to personal reasons, exchange filing stated. This comes after CCI had ordered the company and its executives to provide financial statements in response to ONGC's complaint alleging cartelisation in its tenders. Dalmia Cement is part of CCI's investigation on the complaint.
