UltraTech Cement Ltd denied media reports suggesting it is under probe in a cement cartelisation case being investigated by Competition Commission of India (CCI). "The Company has neither received any order from the CCI in this case nor have the Company’s financials been sought by the CCI," it said. UltraTech reserved its rights to take legal steps in the matter.
