Lok Sabha MP Anurag Thakur flagged off the weekly Gurmukhi Superfast Express from Amb Andaura in Himachal Pradesh's Una district to Kolkata on Saturday, marking a significant addition to the state's rail connectivity. Covering nearly 1,900 km in about 31 hours, the train will stop at several major stations along its route, including Ambala, Lucknow, Patna, and Asansol.
