An under-construction building has collapsed in Bengaluru amid heavy rainfall. Around 15 workers are feared trapped beneath the rubble. Emergency services have been rushed to the scene to search for the workers and rescue work has begun, according to reports. This comes amid waterlogging in several areas in the city.
