Several people are feared trapped after an under-construction four-storey building collapsed in Delhi's Rohini on Wednesday following heavy rainfall. A rescue operation by the Delhi Fire Services in ongoing. Rescue teams have so far pulled out several people from the debris, while efforts to locate and evacuate others believed to be trapped remain underway.
