Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said that he understood concerns around the speed at which COVID-19 vaccines had been produced, but insisted that his company "didn't cut any corners". There is always scepticism over vaccines but in this case, it is worse because the products are developed "very fast" and "it has been severely politicised, particularly in the US", he added.
