After screenwriter Apurva Asrani called out film critic Rajeev Masand for his blind items maligning late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, veteran actress Soni Razdan said people aren't giving due importance to depression as the "real issue". Apurva responded, saying, "Unfair to diagnose Sushant's depression on Twitter...But we do know of campaign to label him a rapist, unprofessional & a write-off."
