Global consumer goods giant Unilever has said it will trial a four-day working week in New Zealand, where it doesn't have manufacturing operations. All 81 workers will be eligible to work for four days on full pay in the year-long trial starting next week. "Our goal is to measure performance on output, not time," New Zealand MD Nick Bangs said.
